CELLA is a professional English educational institute located at the heart of the world,
a famous vacation city, and an education center in Cebu, Philippines;
Established with the official approval of the TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority) since 2006, CELLA provide a curriculum that sets us apart from other English language institutions. CELLA have and always will strive to offer their students the highest benefits available.
CELLA offer the 10times classes (regular classes and special classes) for making the students
to hear English as much as possible in a day, they have regular 1:1 classes mainly and any student
who wants to study can attend special classes or either to have a self-study in the library.
Most of students have weak points at speaking & listening.
As a result, students have to hear English as much as possible for improving those skills.
Power Speaking is for improving speaking and listening.
Also it has various groups for making students to be satisfied.
So students can choose Native, Business, Job, Exam Preparation and etc.

Also SM Ayala and IT Park within 10 or 15 minutes by car.
In cooperation with Cebu City Government, CELLA holds one of the biggest
Outreach Program in Cebu. Every schedule reaches up to a hundred students
joining the activity. Students participate in activities and help in giving donations with
CELLA prepares for the less fortunate families, fire victims, persons with disabilities,
and they also do tree planting, coastal clean up, and street cleaning.
Students will surely have a memorable experience.
Best and safe facility in Cebu; The new CELLA campus which is built in 2014 has both dormitories and classrooms. Security guard and 24 hours CCTV camera assure students' safety. Also, new shower, a big size refrigerator, a 32" flat TV set and a sofa in the room.
