Philinter August News "Food festival"

 

Philinter is one of the famous English school in Cebu for 12 years of quality service.

This August 2015, Philinter celebrated food festival together with their students, teachers, and staffs.

 

The battle of the Philinter chefs commenced during this year's Food Festival held last July 31, 2015, Friday. The event showcased scrumptious dishes prepared by Philinter teachers, staff, and students.

 

Section A presented Korean and Philippine food.

Section B with the Head department & International staff gave a taste of

Vietnamese, Spanish, and Japanese cuisines.

Thai and Chinese food were prepared by Section C.

While Taiwanese and Mongolian food were the specialties of Section D.

 

Section C gathered all the awards as follows:

>Best Healthy Dish

>Most Well-presented

>Best Overall Theme

Along with the games which where the Food Trivia Contest and Eating Contest.

 

The school's festival of different countries cuisines was graced by Mr. Garrick Nehls, Mr. James Park, Ms. Jenny Chung, and Mr. Ken Abapo, who served as judges in evaluating each of the dishes' taste and aesthetic.

 

The Food Festival was indeed successfully and one of the monthly events that

everyone looks forward to every year.

Apart from the eating time which was everyone's favorite during the event;

everyone contribution and effort was well-acknowledged for the preparation and

being able to serve sumptuous dishes that everyone shared and devoured at the end of the event.
